Shirley Rose Antolak, 82 of Terre Haute, Indiana formerley of Jasper, TN died February 4, 2012. Shirley was born April 13, 1929 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Francis and Alice (Borch) Haynes. Mrs. Antolak was the former owner of Tone and Tan in Jasper. She is survived by children; David (Karen) Antolak of St. Charles, MO , Dr. Henry (Laura) Antolak of Rolla, MO, Lynn (George) Havliek of Geneva, IL, Susan Baldwin of Terre Haute, IN and Dr. Joseph (Tina) Antolak of Crystal Lake, IL 16 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
