Matthew Fitzthum has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1992 and holds a bachelors in mortuary science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary  Science. Matthew is married to Peggy Wesley-Fitzthum and they have 4 children.

The Fitzthum family are members of St. Joseph University Parish and they also sit on various committees there. The Fitzthum children all attend St. Patricks Catholic School. Matthew is also a board member of Kid Kare in Vermillion County, A 3rd degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Council 541 in Terre Haute and is a deputy coroner and is a Medicolegal Death Investigator certified by the State of Indiana and assists the Vermillion County Coroner’s office.
